Training System Design and Delivery.  Dittmar Associates works closely with our clients to determine training needs and design training programs that make use of your internal expertise and skills while augmenting your team with our training experts as needed.  Our consultants include senior training systems designers and instructors with experience at Fortune 100 companies and government centers for advanced technical skills training, including NASA and the Navy's Strike Air Warfare Center ("Top Gun").  If your organization wants to own your training program, we will work with you to "train the trainers" in effective instructional methods. We can also provide support in setting up, maintaining. and evaluating your training system, helping you to build a self-sustaining program.

Aerospace and Technology.  Dittmar Associates leverages over 30 years of experience among our key personnel to provide technical and consulting services in space, defense, and other high technology settings.  Our thought leaders include astronauts, air operations planners (theater-wide scope), systems designers, and trainers. Some of our recent work includes human factors engineering and crew operations expertise in design trades for the "next generation" NASA space suit.  We offer engineering support services in systems optimization, technology evaluation, procedures development, training, and human-systems integration. 

Recently we have begun working with NASA to address organizational issues pertaining to generational change, as "Baby Boomers" head for retirement and "Generation Y" professionals enter the workforce in growing numbers.  These issues affect the entire aerospace and defense sector and range from specific management challenges all the way to implications for national security.
